1) All surfers are tracked by two methods. The first method is via a cookie that is set by our referral scripts. When a surfer hits our initial scripts upon leaving a referrer's site a cookie is set. The surfers IP and the current timestamp are also logged to do a check against in the case the cookie is not accepted.
2) Commissions due and owing to you under the Program will be paid to you directly by CCBill. Accordingly, the policies of CCBill regarding the timing of payments, processing fee deductions and chargebacks and related billing matters shall control. Please visit ccbill.com for that information.
3) Payments are mailed each week. There is a minimum check amount before a partner will receive a check. The partners will receive a check once their total equals or exceeds the $25.00.
4) Checks are mailed out to partners once a week on Wednesdays. The pay periods are from Monday thru Sunday of each week. There is also a one-week delay in sending partner checks to them.
5) We will pay you a commission equal to fifty percent (50%) of the revenue actually received by us (after processing fees) from customers who come to us from your Links (the "Commission Rate"). Net Income in a given monthly reporting period may be reduced for credit card chargebacks or credit backs resulting from prior months' activities. The tracking and payment of Commissions under the Program is handled by CCBill. Accordingly, the terms and conditions of CCBill regarding such matters shall govern, and shall control over any inconsistent provisions hereof. Please visit this link for that information ccbill.com.
6) If a sale is made for a referral, CCBill will look for the cookie and query the Referral Master database for the other information collected. Through these methods, it can determine what referrer sent the referral that resulted in an actual sale and can credit them for it.
7) You are free to generate traffic by any method that is not in violation of the terms herein
8) Spamming is strictly prohibited. This includes e-mail spamming (direct or indirect), posting in newsgroups, IRC, ICQ & chatboards. If you violate this term of our agreement you will be terminated from the program and will not be paid.
9) The action of sending any hits from any URLs which contain and/or promote the following content, Warez, Passwords, MP3, Bestiality, Rape, lolita, Child Pornography, any acts of violence, or any illegal activity. This includes meta tags, text, links, graphic(s) or any HTML. Will result in the immediate cancellation of the account from which the hits were sent and the forfeiture of any funds owed that account.
10) Asian2Cash will not be held responsible for loss due to downtimes resulting from complications with your hosting equipment or technical errors.
11) We reserve the right to cancel this program at any time, without prior notification. In such cases you will be notified immediately and paid for ALL accumulated funds up to that point in time, except in cases where it is determined you have cheated by violating this agreement in any way YOU WILL NOT BE PAID!!
12) Asian2Cash reserves the right to terminate your account if it is idle for more than a month. In such cases you will be notified in advance.
13) We reserve the right to deny any prospective sponsor admittance into our program for any reason, based on the content of their website or for any other reason.
14) Hits or signups generated as a requirement to enter or obtain access to goods or services on your (or someone else's) web site. Will result in your account being terminated without pay.
15) Any individual found to be in violation of 3rd party copyright, trademark, patent or any other intellectual property right violation or infringement. Will result in your account being terminated without pay.
16) Any webmaster found to have cheated or defrauded any other sponsor. Will result in your account being terminated without pay.
17) It is your responsibility to refer to this document from time to time so that you may be informed of any changes to the Terms and Conditions.
18) We reserve the right to change the payout rate with a 3 day notice.
19) You may NOT use pictures from our tour or our members area to advertise without our written approval.
20) All funds are paid by check in U.S. funds.
